The tar­geted selec­tion of fund­ing object­ives and meas­ures is the core of the Found­ation’s work. Based on Franz-Wal­ter Aumund’s wish to sig­nific­antly change the lives of under­priv­ileged chil­dren and young people for the bet­ter all over the world, he decided to con­cen­trate on the fund­ing of edu­cation and train­ing along­side health pro­jects. Examples which “make a dif­fer­ence” and enable young people to lead a self-determ­ined life are the fund­ing of lifesav­ing oper­ations and the award­ing of schol­arships.

It was always import­ant to him not to for­get his roots. With tar­geted sci­entific pro­jects he has pre­served the memory of the founder of the com­pany.
