The Board of Trustees
Dr Cornelius Kruse is the Chairman of the pro bono Board of Trustees. His fellow Trustees on the Board are Dr Olaf Huth, Prof. Stephan Schauhoff, Prof. Stefan Stolte and Jörg Heilingbrunner. Together with the Executive Board the five members assure the long-term implementation of the wishes of the Founder.

Prof. Heinrich Aumund, the founder of the com­pany, was re­spon­si­ble for the re­form of the tech­ni­cal uni­ver­si­ties at the Prussian Min­istry of Sci­ence from 1920 to 1926, and worked with great com­mit­ment to achieve a stronger con­nec­tion be­tween tech­nol­ogy and the econ­omy.
