As the year 2025 com­menced we were delighted to wel­come on board a new fund­ing part­ner, as com­mit­ted as we are to the sup­port of mar­gin­alised chil­dren and young people inter­nation­ally.

Estab­lished back in 1980, Don Bosco Mondo sup­ports pro­jects run by the Salesians of Don Bosco and the Salesian Sis­ters of Don Bosco, in 130 coun­tries.

Since 2025 the Aumund Found­ation is sup­port­ing the Don Bosco Boys Home as an expan­sion of its pro­ject work in Ghana. The Don Bosco Boys Home offers around 55 chil­dren and young people from pre­cari­ous back­grounds the secur­ity of board and lodging, med­ical care and edu­cational sup­port. The main focus is on aban­doned chil­dren and street chil­dren, whose fam­ilies are not able to provide the neces­sary care and sup­port required for their healthy devel­opment. Whenever pos­sible the aim is to enable their safe rein­teg­ration into the fam­ilies they came from, with ongo­ing sup­port.
