“Well trained young peo­ple are the motor of so­ci­ety” was one of Franz-Walter Aumund’s firm beliefs, which is why fund­ing of train­ing and ed­u­ca­tion has been one of the fo­cal points of his phil­an­thropic com­mit­ment from the be­gin­ning. This is un­der­pinned in par­tic­u­lar by the award­ing of schol­ar­ships.
