The shareholder of the AUMUND Group of companies

Under the provision set out in his will, Franz-Walter Aumund appointed the charitable Aumund Foundation as the sole heir to his estate. So the Foundation is the sole shareholder of the AUMUND Group, offering the business and its employees around the world a stable basis and long-term prospects. Whist operational leadership of the business lies with its management, decisions with significant strategic or financial implications are subject to approval by the Aumund Foundation.

The companies of the AUMUND Group pass part of their dividends to the Aumund Foundation for use in the fulfilment of its charter objectives. With this structure all employees make a contribution to the implementation of the international Foundation projects.
